Once they have the required details, civil litigators will contact the legal representative of the other party and try to settle the case. If the parties agree to resolve the case before the lawsuit is filed, this will save them a significant amount of money. However, if a settlement is not reached before the lawsuit is filed, the litigation lawyer will draft necessary motions and pleadings to file the case with the court
